[I think all of us (and me quite often) feel lost at some point in life, whatever be the reason. Don't know what you guys do to find a way out but I can't help but smile and, well, write a poem.]
At the latitude and longitude
Where the mind and heart cross
Lost I am, anybody there?
On the unaccommodating earth
Under the unaccepting sky
Alone I am, anybody there?
In the sea of disappointment
On the island of hope
Trapped I am, anybody there?
In the invisible war between
Innocent dreams and tyrant realities
Crushed I am, anybody there?
In the drama called life
Starring everybody against me
Alien I am, anybody there?
